At Travel Services Desk, we understand that travel plans can change. As part of our customer-first approach, we offer the option to cancel your ticket within 24 hours of booking at no cancellation charge.

For cancellations requested after 24 hours from the time of booking, a nominal cancellation fee will apply.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be initiated only if the following criteria are met:

  1. A formal cancellation and refund request has been submitted through our platform or customer support.
  2. The fare rules associated with your booking allow for cancellation and refund.
  3. The traveler was not marked as a “no show”, as most no-show cases are non-refundable.
  4. We are able to obtain waivers or approvals from our service partners (such as airlines, hotels, or car rental providers) to proceed with the refund.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE REFUND PROCESS

  • Once your request has been logged with our customer support team, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the submission along with a reference number. This email does not confirm your refund eligibility—it simply acknowledges receipt of your request.
  • Refund requests are handled in the order they are received and may involve coordination with external service providers.
  • We cannot guarantee a fixed processing timeline, as it depends on the response from airlines or other suppliers. On average, it may take 30 to 60 days from the time your request is received until the refund is reflected in your bank or card statement.

FEES & CHARGES

  • All refunds are subject to penalties or fees imposed by the airline or relevant supplier.
  • Travel Services Desk may charge a post-ticketing service fee, applicable per passenger, per ticket, when handling refund requests that require agent assistance.
  • These service fees will only be charged if the supplier has approved a refund or if a waiver has been successfully obtained.
  • If the supplier declines the refund, we will reimburse you the post-ticketing service fee (if applicable), but our original booking fees remain non-refundable.

DEPENDENCY ON SUPPLIERS

Travel Services Desk acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers. Therefore, we are dependent on the policies and timelines of airlines and other suppliers for both refund approvals and disbursements. The actual refund amount and time may vary based on these third-party processes.
